Starlight Observatory

The Montsec Astronomical Park -Starlight Observatory- houses an observatory with one of the best facilities in Europe. Visiting the center and discovering the amazing sky it’s a must. You will see first-hand the various instruments that exist and, if time permits, observe some of the most prominent objects at night, such as the moon, planets, or nebulae. Permanent exhibits on the sky and a 3D multimedia planetarium will complete your trip through the stars.

From the park you will observe the Universe clean and extensive, since in this area there is low rainfall, moderate humidity and a large number of serene nights.

The park organizes special daytime visits for families so that the little ones can enjoy the sky. Adults and children will discover what asteroids, comets, shooting stars or the sun are made of. There is also a school offer to learn from educational workshops.
